| In the face of explosive public health emergencies,emergency logistics can play a significant role,and efficient coordination of emergency logistics is conducive to dispatch materials and deploy personnel timely.There are obvious differences in the distribution of emergency resources in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the process of emergency scheduling is restricted by many factors such as personnel and region.The coordinated development of emergency logistics has become a research hotspot.Therefore,this thesis takes emergency logistics in Jing-Jin-Ji region as the research object,considers the support of emergency environmental,the ability to store and supply materials,and the efficiency of regional logistics as the main factors of coordinated development of emergency logistics in Jing-Jin-Ji region,constructs the synergy model of composite system and DEA model,and explores the synergy and synergistic efficiency of emergency logistics in Jing-Jin-Ji region.On this basis,the Tobit model is established to analyze the influencing factors of the coordinated development of emergency logistics in Jing-Jin-Ji region.The specific research contents are as follows:1.The current situation of coordinated development and the main problems of emergency logistics in Jing-Jin-Ji region.Firstly,this thesis reviews the policy of coordinated emergency for public health emergencies in Jing-Jin-Ji region,and the collaborative process and achievements of emergency logistics are analyzed.Secondly,the development of logistics and emergency logistics in Jing-Jin-Ji region are analyzed quantitatively from the aspects of added value of logistics industry and the number of logistics employee.The results show that the indicators analyzed of Jing-Jin-Ji region show a growing trend,and the emergency logistics developed well.Separately,the development of the Jing-Jin-Ji region is uneven,which is mainly reflected in the differences of emergency resources,personnel and other aspects.2.Calculation of synergy degree and synergy efficiency of emergency logistics in Jing-Jin-Ji region.After understanding the development of emergency logistics in Jing-Jin-Ji region,this thesis constructs the synergy model of composite system,and the order degree of subsystem and the synergy of emergency logistics were calculated and analyzed.Based on DEA model,each two cities were taken as a group,the input index and output index were calculated by DEAP2.1,and then,analyzing the coordination efficiency of emergency logistics in Jing-Jin-Ji region.The result shows that the developmental trend of emergency logistics coordination in Jing-Jin-Ji region is good,and the degree of emergency logistics coordination among the three regions from inefficient collaboration to good coordination,and the data of the recent three years show a steady improvement trend.Meanwhile,the synergy efficiency of the three regions is still at a lower level,and the driving effect in the process of synergistic emergency is not significant.3.Influencing factors of coordinated development of emergency logistics in Jing-Jin-Ji region.According to the summary of relevant literature,the index system of influencing factors is constructed.Based on the measured results of emergency logistics efficiency,the Tobit model is constructed to analyze the influencing factors of the coordinated development of emergency logistics in Jing-Jin-Ji region.The results showed that the added value of logistics industry,the turnover of goods,fixed assets investment,the average salary of employees,the expenditure on public security,the expenditure on grain,oil and materials reserve and the degree of coordination of emergency logistics were correlated significantly and positively,while the expenditure on transportation,location quotient and urbanization level were correlated significantly and negatively with the degree of coordination of emergency logistics. |
