| Rare earths are a non-renewable resource,Recently,With the mining and consumption of rare earth resources in China.China’s rare earth resource reserves account for about 30% of the world.The mining of rare earths is often accompanied by problems such as heavy metal pollution and radiation pollution.Governments around the world are already actively deploying the recycling of rare earth resources,thereby reducing the mining of rare earth minerals and the waste of rare earth metals.As a part of the use of rare earth resources products,the establishment of a recycling system platform for electric bicycle motor rare earth magnets and the study of the economic,ecological and social values of recycling rare earth magnets are effective ways to promote the recycling of rare earth magnets for electric bicycle motors.The specific research content is as follows:(1)This dissertation uses the characteristics of blockchain technology such as decentralization,openness,autonomy,high degree of security,and immutability of information to construct a closed-loop recycling platform for suppliers→manufacturers→ distributors→ retailers→ consumers→ recycling enterprises(suppliers),providing reference for relevant recycling enterprises and government departments.(2)Through the geographical remote sensing ecological network,the soil heavy metal pollution in Baiyun Obo in representative areas was collected,and the pollution index method,single-factor pollution index method and Nemero pollution index method were used comprehensively to find that the soil heavy metal pollution was serious,and the pollution load index method was used to find that the pollution source was from mining activities.Recycling rare earth magnets for electric bicycle motors reduces the extraction of rare earth resources and thus has ecological value.(3)Through the combination of analytic hierarchy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,an index system for evaluating the social value of rare earth magnet recycling of electric bicycle motors was constructed.Through questionnaire survey,the required scoring situation is collected,the weight is calculated,and finally the evaluation results are obtained,and its recovery has certain social value.(4)Through the official website of the China Rare Earth Industry Association,collect the price fluctuations of rare earth metals required,and collect the content of various metal elements in representative electric bicycle motors.Build a functional model to calculate its own economic value.Based on the above four aspects of research,the construction of recycling platform and the calculation and analysis of recycling have economic,ecological and social value.The results provide strong support for promoting the recycling of rare earth magnets for electric bicycle motors. |
