Under the background of the new era,researchers and practitioners have paid unprecedented attention to the resignation of post-90 s employees.How to reduce and control the resignation behavior of post-90 s employees and improve their job engagement level is the focus issue of current research.As an important part of the human resource management system,career management plays a key role in the turnover problem.Whether the career management implemented by enterprises for post-90 s employees is consistent with the personal needs of employees,or whether post-90 s employees can feel the care of enterprises and match their own future with the enterprises,to a certain extent,determines the willingness of post-90 s employees to stay in enterprises.In particular,the new retail model has become the main business model of the current retail industry.Taking the new retail industry as an example,the personnel management has been different from the traditional management,so it is necessary to adhere to the people-oriented and pay attention to the career development of personnel.The post-90 s employees are the most important group in the talent team of new retail stores.However,due to the lack of corresponding career planning guidance for the post-90 s employees and the lack of corresponding career management for employees in the new retail stores,the quit rate is relatively high.These problems have developed into a huge challenge for human resource management in the new retail industry.Based on the perspective of career planning,this thesis studies the resignation of post-90 s employees in H’s new retail stores.First,this thesis explains the concept of new retail,the concepts related to resignation and career planning,and career planning theory,etc.;then,the main influencing factors of post-90 s employees’ resignation and the relationship between career planning and resignation are analyzed by using the interview method and questionnaire survey method.Based on the investigation and analysis,it is concluded that career planning is the most important reason for the resignation of post-90 s employees in new retail store;at the same time,it further summarizes and analyzes the current status and existing problems of career planning;finally,in view of the close correlation between career planning and the resignation of post-90 s store employees,and the problems in career planning have been proposed,a reasonable and targeted career planning plan has been proposed to ensure that post-90 s employees of new retail stores can adapt to their own career development and reduce the high turnover rate of post-90 s employees in stores.The research in this article will provide reference for the formulation of career planning programs for post-90 s employees in the new retail industry.Besides,this research will provide important reference value for reducing the turnover rate of Post-90 s employees in the new retail industry.
