Supply chain is an entity that exists to meet the needs of customers.It is an important pillar of the economy and promotes trade,consumption and economic growth.The supply chain of any organization can be viewed as a set of integrated processes that link inputs and outputs to ensure the production and delivery of finished products to consumers.The process of globalization promotes the development of supply chain,but it also increases the uncertainty and risk in its operation process.Proactive risk management has become an important step to ensure successful operations in the supply chain.Equipment manufacturing industry is the "mother machine" of industry.It is a central component of the manufacturing industry and an important indicator to measure scientific and technological progress,comprehensive national capacity and competitiveness.In the course of economic globalization,supply chain network becomes more complex.In today’s competitive business environment and the era of global marketing,equipment manufacturing supply chain is faced with various risks.There is little research on the comprehensive risk management of the supply chain of equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad.Therefore,how to manage the supply chain risk of equipment manufacturing industry to ensure the normal operation of supply chain is a topic worthy of attention.Based on the relevant research results of scholars at home and abroad,and in view of the particularity of supply chain in equipment manufacturing,this paper adopts SCOR model to identify risks.The risk factors of supply chain processes and external environment are comprehensively identified and analyzed.Finally,36 risk evaluation indexes of equipment manufacturing supply chain were determined by questionnaire and factor analysis.In the process of risk evaluation,BP neural network risk assessment model for equipment manufacturing supply chain is constructed.The model is trained and tested by obtaining the supply chain risk data of 10 groups of enterprises in 2020.The results show that the supply chain risk assessment model is effective.The network model is used to assess and predict the supply chain risk of Company A in 2021,and its corresponding risk level is obtained.Finally,some control measures are put forward for the supply chain risk of equipment manufacturing industry,in order to help managers make decisions,better manage and mitigate supply chain risks,and achieve sustainable development.
