Research On Risk Identification And Evaluation Of B2C Enterprise Supply Chain Based On SCOR Model

The business enterprises are facing the unprecedented challenge and competition pressure. In order to make the competition advantage, enterprises will make every effort to reduce costs, improve efficiency. The globalization of procurement, production and sales, widely used "lean" strategy which including the reduction of inventory and capacity, outsourcing of core business, have become an important trend of mining profit space. For enterprise these strategies can bring in positive results but at the same time these strategies can increase the complexity of the supply chain and vulnerability. Force majeure event and uncertainty things make the supply chain network risk characteristics fundamentally changed. They are more susceptible to the effects of various types of risk and lead to loss of time.With the rapid development of electronic commerce, The electronic commerce enterprise especially B2 C enterprises suddenly rises. E-commerce technology has changed the traditional supply chain model, thus greatly improve the efficiency of supply chain operation. But when the electronic commerce bring convenience in the supply chain management, it also makes the supply chain becomes more complicated. The supply chain risk management of traditional is no longer applicable under the electronic commerce environment. Therefore, researching on supply chain risks of e-commerce enterprises have important significance especially for B2 C.This paper focuses on the previous research on supply chain management and supply chain risk. Based on the research of the SCOR namely supply chain operation mode and the characteristics of the B2 C model of supply chain with the enterprise together a B2 C enterprise supply chain risk identification model is established,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk of supply chain. The last study confirmed the applicability and reliability of this model by J company which representative of B2 C.Result from this study is not only considerable value to B2 C supply chain risks, but also illumination for future research.
