As economic environment changes,the drivers of economic growth are undergoing profound transforms.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises must abandon the extensive development mode and turn to the elaborative management mode to drive the improvement of benefits.In the process of operational transformation,contradiction between financial work that has been defined as the background management and the demand to support business operations has gradually emerged.Some Internet high-tech enterprises have tried to reform their organizational practices.They have improved the financial support ability for organizational strategy,business plan and operation to drive the growth of business benefits through innovation of “business-finance integration” in organizational form,business process,information system and other management elements.Practice has proved that the financial transformation oriented by the integration of business and finance is conducive to improving the integrity and coordination between business departments and financial departments,which provides a new idea for enterprises seeking financial management reform to support business operation in management.This thesis redefines the concept of “business and finance integration”,and the relevant basic theories are sorted out.Taking HY Company as the research object,this thesis explores the theory and application of business and finance integration from the aspects of content,technology method and application scenarios,the main research content of this thesis includes the following three parts.First of all,analyzed HY electric appliance company’s current situation of business and finance integration,to clear-cut further integration of demand.Secondly,on the basis of HY company’s target,content,technology and method of business and finance integration,the general framework of HY company’s business and finance integration is proposed,from the two dimensions of decision support demand and operation support demand,information fusion optimization and process fusion optimization,to build the operation system of business and finance integration.Finally,in accordance with the principle of importance,two business cases of bidding process project cost prediction and product operation are selected,to analyze the contents of business and finance integration urgently needed in HY company’s business scenario,the information technology and management methods relied on,and its enlightenment.The thesis argue that essence of the integration of business and finance is that the integration of value movement and business movement;Information integration and process integration are two main contents.Because the logical mapping relationship of business and finance data is the key to realize business and finance integration,the integration of business and finance must be realized the application of information technology such as big data and artificial intelligence.The thesis Combined with specific cases in practice,the characteristics,contents and approaches of business and finance integration are discussed to provide a reference direction for enterprises to further deepen the practice of business and finance integration in similar scenarios.
