Defining new products has gradually become the key factor of innovation for modern industrial design enterprises,and enterprises are changing from "product innovation" to "building product innovation chain and brand shaping" to occupy the market and build core competitiveness.Based on this,this paper,starting from the core design tasks of industrial design enterprises,combines the transformation and upgrading needs of manufacturing industry,takes the value creation between product innovation and manufacturing industry chain and value chain as the guide,constructs the endogenous transformation and upgrading foundation model of industrial design enterprises,and proposes the endogenous transformation and upgrading strategy of industrial design enterprises.Through literature research method,survey research method and case study method,research has been conducted from the aspects of management and design science.The article first investigates and analyzes the development status of industrial design enterprises,concludes that industrial design enterprises face problems such as insufficient value creation and mismatch with industrial demand in the service process,and concludes that the service mode of industrial design enterprises is closely related to the manufacturing industry chain and value chain.Then,the industrial transformation and upgrading theory and the endogenous transformation and upgrading theory of enterprises are introduced,and the three elements of endogenous transformation and upgrading of industrial design enterprises are proposed,namely design task,design process,design organization and management.Finally,three strategies for the endogenous transformation and upgrading of industrial design enterprises are elaborated,one of which is to build a strategy for the transformation and upgrading of design tasks of industrial design enterprises,including "industrial design intervention in the R&D side of manufacturing value chain","industrial design intervention in the manufacturing side of manufacturing value chain",and "industrial design intervention in the manufacturing side of manufacturing value chain".Firstly,to build a strategy for the transformation and upgrading of design tasks of industrial design enterprises,including "industrial design intervention in the R&D end of manufacturing value chain","industrial design intervention in the manufacturing end of manufacturing value chain" and "industrial design intervention in the brand end of manufacturing value chain".Secondly,it reconstructs the design process of cross-border integration of "technology R&D + industrial design + manufacturing + Internet" and builds a strategy to transform and upgrade the design process of industrial design enterprises,i.e."expand the design steps","strengthen the retrospective mechanism" "Intervene in the manufacturing industry chain".Thirdly,the transformation and upgrading strategy of design organization and management of industrial design enterprises is constructed,including "diversification of departmental structure","multi-business traction mechanism" and "innovative enterprise management".We will build an organization structure of collaborative innovation for the whole industrial chain from product innovation to technology research and development,product development and design,brand promotion and marketing services,and innovate enterprise management in three aspects: sound decision-making power distribution mechanism,team building and talent development,and establishment of design evaluation system.Based on the development status of industrial design enterprises in China,this study proposes three strategies for the endogenous transformation and upgrading of industrial design enterprises,which help enhance industrial design enterprises’ ability to master the whole industrial chain,improve their competitiveness and resist risks,and provide references for the transformation and upgrading of industrial design enterprises. |
