In the current education field,the "network distance" teaching method represented by "Internet +" is gradually forming a new teaching method.With the advent of the "Internet +" era,the scale of online teaching continues to expand,which not only has a great impact on the business expansion of the current education industry,but also provides opportunities and challenges.This paper first expounds the research background and significance of "Internet +" education,and summarizes the marketing strategies in online education and the research status at home and abroad through literature review.Based on the principle of 7PS combined marketing,this paper analyzes the marketing situation of X online education company on 7PS,and analyzes the marketing environment of X company in macro,industry and micro environment through PEST analysis method.This paper analyzes the marketing problems faced by X online education company,and gives corresponding improvement suggestions according to the development goal of X online education company and the future marketing strategy of X online education company.Company X shall increase investment in course research and development in terms of products and customize courses with big data;In terms of price,superior courses are adopted,with higher prices,and differential pricing between new and old users;In terms of channels,broaden online marketing channels,strengthen the promotion of third-party application market,and reasonably develop agent channels;In terms of promotion,keep up with the promotion rhythm of e-commerce platform,and give priority to the experience of open classes and training camps;In terms of service,the business team focuses on pre-sales transformation,and the supervision team focuses on after-sales service,one-stop service from consultation to examination,so as to speed up the response speed of questions and suggestions.Finally,this paper proposes that X company can improve the overall organizational level of the company by enriching and consolidating the company’s organization,human resources,service quality and information technology guarantee,and ensure the implementation of the company’s marketing strategy through the control of various management systems and market behaviors.26 figures,7 tables and 66 references...
