Abstract/Summary:
At present,the motivation of national development and social progress mainly comes from the modern technology,which is the key to enhance the comprehensive strength of the country.The main part of the technology development is the scientific researchers,whose work efficiency and enthusiasm directly affect the pace of the rapid development of science and technology.From the macroscopic point of view,the researchers’ work efficiency and achievement are related to the nation’s development and progress,and thus affecting the nation’s comprehensive competitiveness.From the microscopic point of view,the researchers’ work enthusiasm is related to every little things in daily life.Starting from the microscopic view,this thesis targets on the researchers as the main body of research,and searches for the most effective and direct compensation incentive mechanism optimization program to stimulate their enthusiasm and improve their efficiency.This is of great significance for the convenience of personal life,the enterprises’ ability to retain talents and the steady development of the nation’s science and technology.This thesis analyzes the current situation of the salary incentive mechanism for research personnel at Research Institute A through literature research and questionnaire survey.It is found that there are certain problems in the salary incentive mechanism for their scientific research personnel.Although most people hold a relatively satisfied attitude,the deficiencies include the unreasonable salary structure for researchers,the lack of rigorous performance incentives for the technical positions,the inadequate incentives for researchers’ career development,and the poor reward mechanism for research achievement.On this basis,this research proposes an optimized design plan of the salary incentive mechanism for scientific research personnel,which specifically includes optimizing the salary structure,improving the salary incentive scheme for scientific research positions,improving the innovative talent training scheme for scientific researchers,improving the incentive management methods for scientific research achivement amd etc.This thesis analyzes the existing problems of salary incentive mechanism from the perspective of short-term incentive to long-term incentive and proposes the optimization scheme.The optimization plan can help Institute A to further enhance the effectiveness of the salary incentive mechanism.On the other hand,it can provide reference to other domestic institutes for the optimization and improvement of the incentive mechanism,and has both theoretical value and practical significance.
