Facing the fierce market competition,enterprises need to build their own core competitiveness,in which human resources is the key part of the company’s core competitiveness.With the rise of knowledge economy and the rapid development of China’s economy,Chinese enterprises have a growing awareness of improving their internal corporate governance level,management ability and building a highland of industry talents.On the one hand,through the continuous introduction of external high-quality talents,on the other hand,through the identification,cultivation and development of internal excellent talents and the combination of internal and external,they can improve the overall level of human resources,so as to achieve the medium and long-term strategic objectives of enterprises.Y group is a leading enterprise in the domestic medical industry.It has been established for nearly 20 years and has entered a new historical stage of high-quality development.At present,Y group is mainly faced with the problems of insufficient supply of core business talents and lack of systematic talent management,which affect the performance growth and management efficiency to a certain extent.Specific problems include the lack of foresight and early warning of talent planning,excessive reliance on social recruitment for talent introduction channels,imperfect internal talent growth channels,single talent training mode,single talent incentive mode and so on.Applying the theoretical research on talent management,talent supply chain,competency model,succession planning,learning and development and other related aspects,this paper explores and puts forward systematic solutions,including the establishment of talent standards,the implementation of talent inventory,the simultaneous development of external introduction and internal selection,the construction of three-dimensional talent training and evaluation system,the implementation of material and spiritual two wheel drive incentive mechanism,and the improvement of talent exit mechanism.This paper systematically expounds the current situation and problems of the core business talent management of Y group,and puts forward the systematic optimization scheme,so as to provide samples for the planning,introduction and cultivation of business talents of large-scale enterprises,especially chain groups or medical institutions,and enrich the practical application of talent management in the medical industry and chain enterprises.20 figures,13 tables and 61 references in total...
