| In the 21 st century,enterprises are facing the fierce competitive environment under the market economy.In order to survive and develop better,it is urgent for enterprises to continuously improve their core competition.The core staff is the bearer of an enterprise’s core competitiveness and the soul and backbone of the enterprise.The M company studied in this paper is a high-end office furniture enterprise.According to the two factor theory,this paper designs the satisfaction questionnaire of the core employees of M company,and obtains the detailed satisfaction ranking from the aspects of working environment,salary and welfare,management system,interpersonal relationship,work achievement,growth opportunities and corporate cultural atmosphere,so as to identify the four aspects that the core employees are most dissatisfied with: salary and welfare,career planning Corporate culture and corporate management.By consulting relevant materials,the corresponding solutions are given for the above aspects:establish a competitive comprehensive salary system,at the same time,the career planning of core employees needs to be more clear and challenging,and build a corporate culture atmosphere with a sense of recognition and an efficient company management mechanism.In particular,the differentiated salary and welfare system of core employees bears the brunt and needs to be optimized.The research results of this paper not only help M company to optimize the incentive mechanism of core employees,but also improve the incentive mechanism of M company for all employees,and further improve the overall management level and operating efficiency of M company.In addition,I hope the research conclusions of this paper can also play a certain reference and guiding role for the follow-up research of the core employee incentive mechanism of similar or similar small and medium-sized enterprises. |
