| Nowadays, the enterprises through the world are confronted with an important and headachy problem, i.e. the loss of core employees. After China entered WTO, whether stated-owned enterprises or private enterprises in our country are universally confronted with the problem of poor core competence and brain drain, which already seriously menaces these enterprises' survival and development. Therefore, how to retain and inspirit core staffs has already been an urgent problem for these enterprises.In this paper, we first define the core staffs' connotation and range on the base of the core competence, and analyze their general mental and behavior characteristics. Then, basing on the conflict theory, we found a loss model about core staffs according to the key factors method. In this model, the key factors of the core employees' loss are as follows: reward, career and the value view, and the ultimate reason leading to the core employees' loss comes from these three conflicts between organization and individual. We have a detailed analysis of the loss of core employees from these aspects. Aiming at the loss reason, we have a systemic study on the core employees' retaining and incentive separately from the three aspects. Finally, we select a representative concrete firm as an object to discuss the problem of the retaining and incentive of core employees. |
