Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Vegetable Factory Seedling Development In Handan City

The development of modern agriculture and the progress of science and technology have promoted the scientization,intensification and industrialization of vegetable production.Seedling raising is one of the key links in the development of vegetable industry.The production and supply of high-quality seedlings is the primary guarantee and important basis for promoting the improvement of quality and efficiency of vegetable industry and achieving rapid development.Handan is an important vegetable production area in the south of Hebei Province.It is an advantageous production area for large,medium and small arched shed vegetables in spring and autumn.In recent years,the vegetable seedling cultivation in Handan has also formed a large scale of development.The traditional bed soil seedling cultivation,nutrient bowl seedling cultivation and other methods have been developed towards intensive and factory seedling cultivation,and the market competitiveness has been constantly improved.This study investigated the scale,mode and management of vegetable seedlings in Handan and analyzed the existing problems.The study showed that:1.Industrialized vegetable seedling cultivation in Handan has developed rapidly,and the development among regions is unbalanced.Quzhou County is the main leader,and it is distributed around Quzhou and the main urban area of Handan.There are many types of large-scale seedling breeding enterprises,mainly limited companies and cooperatives.2.The quality of employees engaged in industrialized seedling breeding needs to be improved.Low education and easy mobility are factors that hinder the development of enterprises.3.In terms of vegetable seedling production,the varieties are mainly tomato,cucumber,eggplant,pepper and other conventional varieties,and the characteristic varieties are insufficient.There are large differences in production scale,and there is still much room for improvement in production capacity,technology promotion and modernization.4.In terms of vegetable seedling management mode,it is mainly divided into two types: OEM and production+sales,with OEM as the main type and production+sales as the auxiliary,and there is a trend of transformation from OEM to production+sales.In terms of sales mode,order based sales is the main mode.5.The construction of vegetable seedling brands has been effective.At present,some seedling brands have been formed,which has improved the market recognition.In view of the problems existing in the development of factory seedling cultivation in Handan City,this thesis proposes to change the traditional concept and adhere to the development direction of modern seedling cultivation industry,scientifically plan and reasonably arrange,promote the balanced development of factory seedling cultivation in vegetable production areas,cultivate multiple types of production and operation entities,strengthen the training and quality improvement of employees,and research and develop characteristic vegetable varieties suitable for Handan,Strengthen the introduction of modern seedling technology and equipment,formulate production technical procedures and product quality standards,improve the standardization level of production and seedling quality,enhance market competitiveness by building brands,expand sales channels,improve international market sales ability,actively develop e-commerce and other online sales based on order sales,and adhere to the development concept of green environment protection at the same time,Reduce pollution and ensure clean production to ensure sustainable and high-quality development of seedling industry.
