| In the development process of modern prefabricated shear wall,the connection form of prefabricated shear wall structure node is one of the standards to improve the degree of assembly.Because the prefabricated shear wall components are prefabricated in layers,the structure and performance of the section steel connection at the horizontal joint directly determine the integrity,bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the shear wall structure.In this paper,a prefabricated shear wall connection mode with metal energy dissipation components at the horizontal joint is proposed.The numerical analysis is carried out with the help of ABAQUS finite element software and the mechanical properties of horizontal connection joints are studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In order to make the horizontal connection section of profile steel not only transmit vertical load but also consume energy,combined with the existing high wall test of profile steel horizontal connection joints,the flange profile steel end plate is replaced with a metal energy dissipation component of dog bone structure,and the connection position of the horizontal joint is set at the bottom of the shear wall at the maximum moment point.The theoretical design and basic assumptions of the dog bone flange energy dissipation component are carried out to make it enter the yield state to consume energy first.(2)The validity of the proposed constitutive parameters of concrete and steel bars is verified by the cast-in-place concrete shear wall which reproduces the existing test data,and the seismic performance of the assembled shear wall with metal energy dissipation members is analyzed by the verified constitutive model.(3)The assembled shear wall with metal energy dissipation members is simulated by ABAQUS finite element software,and the changing trends of stress and strain damage,bearing capacity,energy dissipation capacity and ductility of the assembled shear wall under the parameters of axial compression ratio,dog bone member height and dog bone member size are studied.(4)Considering the influence factors such as composite stress,material properties,loading mode,axial pressure and the limit value of total shear capacity,this paper studies the three stages of shear mechanism of horizontal joint interface,namely,the stable state,the limit equilibrium state and the crack slip state.By using domestic and foreign codes,the error between the calculated value and the simulated value of shear capacity of horizontal joint is analyzed,and the calculation formula of assembled shear wall with metal energy dissipation members in horizontal joint is deduced and the reliability of the deduced formula is verified. |
