Abstract/Summary:
The prefabricated shear wall structure is an important part of the construction industrialization system, the main body of the building is realized by prefabricating the wall in the factory and transporting it to the construction site for connection.Prefabricated shear wall can considerably reduce present construction as well as reduce the expenditure on labor costs, conserve resources, and protect the environment;as some parts are prefabricated in the factory, the quality of the parts is guaranteed and the construction period is greatly shortened.Alveolar connection is often used in the vertical connection of the prefabricated shear wall,it has the characteristics of simple construction and good mechanical performance. In order to study the mechanical performance of the prefabricated shear wall with alveolar connection under horizontal load, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the mechanics performance of the prefabricated shear wall with alveolar connection under low cycle reciprocating load. This paper carries out the following three aspects of work:1.The new and old concrete bonding theory was incorporated into the cohesive model of ABAQUS,a finite element model considering the bonding surface of new and old concrete was established for the prefabricated shear wall with alveolar connection, the simulation results were compared with the existing test results, they are similar in deformation, bearing capacity, and failure conditions,so the simulation method in this paper is feasible.2.Finite element simulations were performed on three different shear walls, including a cast-in-place shear wall,a prefabricated shear wall with superimposed connection, and a prefabricated shear wall with alveolar connection, these simulations were used to analyze the differences hysteresis performance between prefabricated shear walls and cast-in-place shear walls, and the differences hysteresis behaviour of prefabricated shear walls with different connection methods. The results show that the mechanical performance of the prefabricated shear wall and the cast-in-place shear wall is similar, and the alveolar connection is better than the superimposed connection in ductility.3.The hysteresis behaviour of the prefabricated shear wall with alveolar connection under low cyclic loading was analyzed,to study the influence of different axial compression ratios, shear span-to-depth ratios, reinforcement ratio of longitudinal reinforcement in the wall, reinforcement ratio of longitudinal reinforcement in the embedded column.By comparing the ductility,load-bearing capacity, stiffness degradation, energy dissipation capacity, concrete damage cloud and adhesive surface damage clouds, the influence rules of the parameters are that the increase of axial compression ratio increases the bearing capacity of the structure to a certain extent, but it reduces the ductility of the structure at the same time;the increase of shear span-to-depth ratios makes the structure tend to flexural failure;the increase of the reinforcement ratio of the wall longitudinal reinforcement can significantly improve the mechanical performance of the joints and delay the cracking of the alveolar area;increasing the reinforcement ratios of longitudinal reinforcement in the embedded column can increase the restraining effect on the wall, and improving the bearing capacity and ductility of the structure.
