| With the rapid development of space technology,there is an increasing demand for the observation of non-cooperative space targets in China.Spatial non-cooperative targets are numerous and complex,and do not have their own special identifiers.Due to the limitation of China’s actual geographic area and national conditions,it is impossible to build ground observation equipment without restriction,and the cost of ground observation equipment is expensive.How to carry out accurate observation for important non-cooperative targets over China with intelligent dispatch Limited ground observation equipment under different observation needs and generate observation dispatch plan becomes the focus of this study.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows:1.In order to solve the problem of optical observation space non-cooperative target task planning scheme design,a framework and program flow for optical observation space non-cooperative target task planning system are constructed from the overall grasp of the focus and research direction of optical observation space non-cooperative target task planning system.2.To solve the problem that the non-cooperative targets have many kinds and difficult to control their own characteristics,a fuzzy clustering algorithm based on clone selection is proposed.The non-cooperative targets are clustered,the target groups with large similarities are clustered into one group and the groups with different similarities are clustered into another group,and the observation priority of the spatial non-cooperative targets is determined according to the clustering results.Provides a priority reference for objectives for subsequent observation task planning.3.A task planning method based on genetic algorithm is designed for optical observation space non-cooperative target task planning under multiple constraints.Under various constraints of optical observation space non-cooperative target task planning,a double-layer chromosome encoding in the genetic algorithm for this observation task is designed,which achieves the scheduling and intelligent generation of spatial non-cooperative target optical observation task. |
