A Study Of Village Neighborhood Renewal Design Based On Catalyst Theory

In the context of high-quality development and common prosperity,the renewal design of village neighborhoods has become an important part of the construction of beautiful villages.As an important carrier of villagers’ living services,characteristic culture and historical heritage,village neighborhoods are of great significance to rural revitalization.This thesis firstly,through literature combing,understands the current research status of this research field.Then,through the interpretation of relevant theories,we define village neighborhoods and their constituent elements,and find the key theories and techniques to support the research;secondly,we sort out the problems in the renewal of village neighborhoods for the research,and propose the renewal strategy of village neighborhoods;finally,we conduct an empirical study of the strategy in Duhuang New Village.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)The catalytic theory is an important theory to solve the real problems of lack of integrated planning,constructive destruction,low participation of villagers and lack of attention to historical inheritance in village neighborhood renewal,and has good application prospects.(2)According to the catalytic theory,village neighborhoods can be divided into two categories:material catalytic carriers and immaterial catalytic carriers;material catalytic carriers can be specifically divided into buildings,street spaces,park spaces,square spaces and waterfront spaces;immaterial catalytic carriers can be divided into policies,cultural events and industrial events.(3)Based on the catalyst theory,village neighborhood renewal can be carried out in the following ways: selecting catalytic carriers oriented by problems and needs-specifying different types of material catalytic carriers for activation-controlling the time sequence through phased construction,and guiding through immaterial catalytic The final goal of village neighborhood renewal is achieved through the guidance of immaterial catalysts.To sum up,this paper analyzes the coupling of catalytic theory and village neighborhood renewal by combining theory and practice,and summarizes the methods of village neighborhood renewal based on catalytic theory.
