| Since May 2016,the replacement of business tax with VAT has been implemented nationwide.The implementation of the replacement has a profound impact on all walks of life and has also led to great changes in the construction industry.At present,most of the projects are still through the way of bidding to achieve,how to quote is still the construction units need to focus on the problem.The implementation of replacing business tax with VAT not only directly changes the pricing method of quotation,but also indirectly affects the price by changing construction enterprises,making quotation more complicated.Therefore,it is urgent to study how conduct bidding quotation after replacing business tax with VAT.Firstly,this thesis summarizes the influencing factors of bidding quotation before and after the replacement of business tax with VAT through literature reading and expert interviews,and analyzes the summarized influencing factors.Secondly,this thesis uses the FUNCTION of BP neural network toolbox in Matlab software,selects21 residential projects as training sets from the public bidding projects published by Tianjin Construction Engineering Information Network in recent years,and conducts quantitative processing on the extracted index information,and establishes the bidding quotation model of construction enterprises after replacing business tax with value-added tax.The model is simulated and applied with A case of ZT company participating in the bidding of A lot,and the feasibility of the model is verified by comparing the predicted value with the actual value,which provides A new idea and method for ZT company to quickly obtain the quotation in the future bidding activities in Tianjin area.Finally,after replacing business tax with value-added tax,how to put forward some suggestions for construction enterprises to bid quotation.This thesis summarizes the influencing factors of bidding quotation of construction enterprises after the replacement of business tax with VAT.It provides reference basis for construction enterprises to determine tender offer after replacing business tax with value-added tax.The tender offer model provides technical support for ZT company to quickly determine the offer.The thesis also puts forward the suggestion about the quotation to provide the reference for the construction enterprise. |
