At present,grouting technology has been widely used as the main engineering measure of dam foundation treatment.Dam foundation grouting can not only improve rock strength,but also reduce the permeability of dam foundation,which is very important for dam safety.However,There are many problems with dam foundation grouting,such as difficult observation of hidden engineering,poor real-time monitoring of grouting,difficult control of grouting quantity and difficult management of massive data in grouting process.It is very important to improve grouting level and realize fine management of grouting.To sum up,this paper makes comprehensive use of parametric modeling technology,BIM technology,UAV technology,Internet of Things technology,intelligent algorithm,database,WebGL and platform development technology to realize the sunshine,real-time monitoring and alarm and fine management of dam foundation grouting project.The specific research mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Parameterized construction of grouting BIM model.Firstly,the parameterized modeling technology and Dynamo visual modeling software are described to provide theoretical basis and modeling means for the parameterized establishment of grouting BIM model.Then,by combining UAV technology with Dynamo,parameterized extraction of dam foundation terrain data is realized.Finally,through the parameter analysis of the grouting BIM model,database design,modeling tools and model assembly,the establishment of the grouting BIM model is realized.(2)Monitoring and analysis based on real-time grout data.Firstly,the construction of grouting monitoring Internet of things is described to realize the realtime acquisition,transmission and storage of grouting construction parameters.Then the monitoring and alarm methods are studied and the corresponding schemes are put forward.Finally,based on the support vector machine regression algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm and Jaya optimization algorithm,the unit grouting quantity prediction model is established and used to guide the grouting engineering practice.(3)Grouting analysis based on BIM model.Firstly,the visualization method of grouting BIM model is described,and the visualization analysis of grouting BIM model and grouting information is realized.Then the grouting is analyzed based on the BIM model of grouting hole,water permeability and predicted grouting volume,so as to optimize the grouting process and improve the grouting design scheme.(4)According to the above research results,based on the open source framework of Cesium.js,A grouting management platform based on BIM is developed.It provides a solution for grouting visualization analysis and data management.
