With the rapid development of China’s economy,the market puts forward higher requirements for the R & D and design of products in the rail transit industry.The introduction of CAE analysis technology in the product R & D and design stage can effectively shorten the development cycle and improve the market competitiveness.Taking the car body with spot welding connection structure widely used in metro vehicles as an example,the conventional spot welding car body usually contains tens of thousands of solder joints.In the early modeling process of car body strength simulation analysis,a lot of repetitive operations are needed to establish the solder joint simulation unit.For users without operation experience or immature operation,learning and using CAE analysis software will not only consume a lot of time,but also easily make mistakes in the operation process,which will lead to inaccurate and unreliable analysis of the results and delay the process of product design.In this paper,based on ANSYS solution module,Hyper Mesh 2017.1 version as the development environment,relying on the process studio 2017 module as the interface development tool,a suitable flow tree is designed for the finite element analysis process of spot welding car body structure.By using TCL / TK language to rewrite the process file code and calling Hyper Works built-in function to compile the new script,the node function in the process tree is developed,so as to realize the design of CAE parametric modeling system for spot welding car body structure.This process solidifies the existing experience and analysis process of analysts into a visual process tree,which can reduce the time consumed in finding and using different pages and functions in Hyper Mesh 2017.1 software,and can quickly complete the operation of beam element simulation solder joints.It not only enables the analysts to complete the CAE analysis modeling of spot welding car body structure according to the guidance of the process tree,but also reduces the repeated operations and effectively reduces the modeling time.Based on the above system,the finite element model of a spot welding car body structure is established.According to en12663-2010 "railway application-structural requirements of rail body" standard and jis7105 "test method for structural strength of railway car body" standard and the requirements of the task book,eight calculation conditions are selected for finite element simulation calculation,and the static analysis of the structure is carried out by using ANSYS simulation platform The strength of the system is analyzed,and the calculation results of 8 working conditions are given to verify the correctness and applicability of the system.
