Application And Research Of Cement Grouting Method In The Construction Foundation Stabilization

Cement grouting method is more commonly Foundation treatment method and widely applied to transportation, housing construction, tunnel and other engineering fields with the advantages of high efficiency, economy and pollution-free to surrounding buildings.This paper makes a research for the cement grouting reinforcement design,construction and grouting effect detection with theoretical analysis、calculation and grouting experiment combining with grouting theory and construction experience based on the project of the North 4th ring road framework-middle bridge belonging to the inter -city railway from Zhengzhou to Jiaozuo section.This paper has a guiding significance offering the theoretical basis for the similar foundation reinforcement construction projects in Henan province.The main contents are as follows:(1)Theoretical research.This paper makes a summary of cement grouting method, reviews the cement grouting method development history and research state and analysis the grouting reinforcement function mechanism.(2)Confirmation of foundation bearing capacity after grouting reinforcement. This paper also makes a summary of the static loaded testing points, analysis the foundation bearing character after reinforcement and also summaries the the calculation formula of the flexible pile composite foundation bearing capacity, put forwards that the area of superposition method can be used to calculate the foundation bearing capacity.(3)Grouting reinforcement design.This paper put forwards to design the grouting reinforcement scheme from the selection of grouting method, grouting materials and proportioning, grouting parameter after grouting reinforcement based on the grouting design principles according to the concrete conditions of road.(4)Grouting construction.This paper makes the grouting construction based on the grouting reinforcement design, and conclude the grouting construction process and construction technology, points out the grouting construction quality controlled problems.(5)Detection with the reinforcement effects.This paper detects the grouting reinforcement effect with static loaded testing and arrivals at a conclusion that Cement grouting method is better in the actual construction project reinforcement through the experiment to ensure the foundation bearing capacity is 207kpa.(6)Calculation of the foundation bearing capacity after grouting reinforcement. This paper also tests and verifies the the rationality that the area of superposition method can be used to calculate the foundation bearing capacity through comparison with static load test results.
