| With the global rise of the sixth-generation wireless communication network,space networks such as satellites and drones have become an effective supplement to the construction of an integrated air-space-ground-sea communication system.Full spectrum resources will be further excavated,in which terahertz wireless communication technology,with its characteristics of both microwave communication and optical communication,will become the main solution of ultra-high-speed communication in the future,which has attracted widespread attention in space communication.In this paper,the channel key parameters are obtained through channel modeling and simulation analysis to study the channel characteristics of inter-satellite terahertz communication scenarios.The content of the work is summarized as follows:Firstly,based on the characteristics of the space environment,the scenario model of the terahertz inter-satellite communication system is established,and the terahertz inter-satellite communication link is numerically simulated.The results of the relative position of the satellite and the space station and the time change of the space station’s state in the static scene and the dynamic scenarios are obtained.Secondly,a multi-ray channel model suitable for inter-satellite terahertz communication is used in this paper.Based on the ray tracing algorithm,the model calculates the direct,reflected,scattered and diffracted components of the terahertz signal in the process of propagation.The propagation process of the terahertz wave between the satellite and the space station was explored,and the accurate simulation of the inter-satellite channel characteristics is realized.Then the scenario model is calculated based on simulation,and the different channel characteristics in the static and dynamic scenarios between satellites are explored through simulation.The three modules that affect the quality of inter-satellite communication are analyzed in detail,they are space transmission loss,multipath effect and Doppler frequency shift.The birth and death phenomenon of multipath in space communication and the influence of multipath effect on the performance of terahertz communication system are explored.Finally,according to the simulation results,the channel time-space-frequency characteristic parameters are extracted,the dispersion effects of time,space and frequency domain are explored,and the multi-dimensional channel characteristics of terahertz inter-satellite communication are fully characterized,and the statistical characteristics of the parameter results are analyzed.The analysis verifies the accuracy of the channel model from the perspective of simulation.The channel model and simulation method proposed in this paper can be used to evaluate the performance of the inter-satellite terahertz wave communication system,and the simulation results provide a reference for the design of the inter-satellite wireless channel system. |
