| With the deepening of the degree of aging in our country,the demand for providing for the aged is expanding rapidly.As a comprehensive service organization that provides daily life,nursing,entertainment and other activities for the elderly,the construction and development of pension institutions have attracted wide attention from all walks of life.As an important factor to evaluate the quality of building environment,light environment has a great impact on human comfort and building energy consumption.The particularity of the physical and psychological conditions of the elderly makes them more sensitive and demanding to the requirements of the building environment,and their relevant architectural design system should be distinguished from other architectural categories and established independently.As an important factor to evaluate the quality of building environment,light environment has a great impact on human comfort and building energy consumption.Therefore,it is of profound practical and social significance to consider the optimization of light environment and energy consumption in pension institutions,explore the influence mechanism,checks and balances,and optimize the space design method of pension buildings.This paper focuses on Tianjin,one of the deep aging cities,and extracts the actual building prototype of pension institutions as the research object,combined with the theory and method of multi-objective optimization,taking the greater the daylighting uniformity,the larger the effective lighting coefficient UDI100-2000,and the lower the total building energy consumption in the whole year as the optimization objectives,mainly using Rhino software and Grasshopper plug-ins to build a joint work platform for performance simulation and optimization based on light environment and building energy consumption.The optimal solution set of architectural design parameters of pension institutions is obtained.The survey data of existing pension institutions in Tianjin summarized in this paper are of social significance for understanding the distribution law and development trend of pension facilities in Tianjin and optimizing the allocation of pension facilities in Tianjin,and the extracted architectural prototype of pension institutions is widely used in Tianjin.to provide theoretical reference for the research of the same climatic area and related topics.The joint working platform of light environment and building energy consumption simulation and optimization is creatively constructed,and the construction process and the methods involved can improve the efficiency of early architectural design in practical application;the optimal solution set of building parameters provides data reference for the architectural design of pension institutions,which enriches the architectural design strategy theory of pension institutions. |
