| In China,the energy system is developing towards a green and low-carbon direction.On the power generation side,the proportion of renewable energy power generation is increasing year by year.On the load side,the electrification level of terminal energy consumption continues to increase,and flexible load users such as electric vehicles are increasing year by year.Under this background,the bilateral randomness of the power system has increased significantly,and the contradiction between supply and demand has become more severe.The traditional means of starting and stopping thermal power units to carry out grid balance adjustment will not be able to solve the above problems economically and effectively.How to guide and use flexible load resources with flexible adjustment to participate in power demand response has important research significance for solving the contradiction between supply and demand under the new situation of the power grid and absorbing new energy output.This thesis mainly studies the design of the guiding mechanism of orderly charging and discharging of flexible loads,and comprehensively evaluates and analyzes its guiding effect.First of all,this thesis analyzes the theoretical knowledge of demand-side response,flexible load aggregation,and demand-side response implementation effectiveness evaluation related to the subject,as well as domestic and foreign research and development status,and clarifies the following research ideas and methods.Secondly,with the load aggregator as the leader and the principle of guiding flexible load users to actively participate in demand response,different guidance mechanisms have been designed and proposed for the different power consumption characteristics of electric vehicles,energy storage and temperature control loads.Then,in order to evaluate the implementation effect of guiding the flexible load,a comprehensive evaluation system based on the power generation side,the grid side,the flexible load side and the overall social effect was established,and a comprehensive evaluation model was proposed based on the improved hierarchical analysis method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method..Finally,a simulation example was designed and put forward to comprehensively evaluate and calculate the implementation effect of guiding the orderly charging and discharging of flexible loads in area A,and verify the applicability of the proposed model method.This thesis has certain research value for promoting the use of flexible load resources to solve the contradiction between power grid supply and demand balance and absorbing new energy output,and it has certain guiding significance for the relevant subjects to pay more attention to and carry out the flexible load orderly charging and discharging guidance project. |
