Assembly Based On Community Micro-update Research On Public Facilities Design

At present,China ’s urban construction has entered a stage from incremental expansion to stock transformation.In the past rapid urban construction process,the old community volume rate is too high,the building density is large,the public activity space is insufficient,and the existing facilities can not meet the high-quality living needs of residents.Based on the current situation of the old community,the concept of micro-renewal has gradually been put forward.Different from the previous measures of large-scale demolition and construction,community micro-renewal is a process from extensive to fine,transforming community space in a small-scale and progressive way,building a more convenient and intelligent community,and creating a beautiful community environment.However,the existing space of the old community does not have the land conditions for new public facilities.As a temporary facility,assembly can solve the existing contradictions.Driven by the rapid development of building industrialization and the concept of dual carbon,the " 14 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Construction Industry " proposes that by 2025,the proportion of prefabricated buildings in new buildings will reach 30 %.Supported by national policies,assembly design can play its own construction advantages in community micro-renewal.Prefabricated public facilities have the characteristics of non-fixed and temporary construction in the specific application level of old communities.They can effectively use the limited space of the community under the standard of community construction.Their flexible and variable construction methods can be constructed in different sites and have adaptability.From the perspective of community planning,the modular design strategy of prefabricated public facilities can meet the construction requirements under the standard of complete residential community construction and the high-quality living needs of residents,which is feasible in the context of community micro-renewal.In this paper,the concept of community micro-renewal,the construction standard of complete residential community and the theoretical research of light assembly design are studied.The methods of literature review,case study,comparative study and system analysis are used to optimize the design of public facilities in old communities with modular design strategy.Under the background of community micro-renewal,by analyzing the construction standards of old communities and the needs of the population,the design of prefabricated public facilities is applied to specific sites to create a humanized,intelligent and sustainable community public facilities space.
