Research On Project Management Performance Evaluation In The Design Stage Of H Theme Park Of C Company

With the growth of urban population,theme parks are loved by more and more tourists because of their dual nature of tourism and entertainment.In order to meet the market demand,a large number of theme parks have been developed and constructed;While a large number of development and construction,the problem of homogeneous competition is also very prominent.In order to avoid project losses and unsustainable operations caused by homogeneous competition,theme park owners want to improve the development level of theme park projects by improving project management performance at the design stage.To improve performance,it is necessary to evaluate the project management performance,so in order to improve the development level of theme park projects,it is necessary to study the project management performance evaluation of the owner in the design stage.Taking the H theme park project as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes some problems in the project management performance evaluation process of the owner in the design stage,extracts the main factors affecting the project management performance in the design stage by reading a large number of relevant literature,constructs a project management performance evaluation index system containing three levels of the owner’s project management in the design stage,and then modifies the evaluation indicators through the expert evaluation method,and finally uses the analytic hierarchy method(AHP)to determine the weight of each evaluation index.Complete the construction of the evaluation index system.Through the construction of the project management performance evaluation model in the design stage,the fuzzy comprehensive method is used to comprehensively evaluate the project management performance of the owner in the design stage of the H theme park project,and the key problems affecting the project management performance in the design stage are found and improvement measures are proposed.This study provides an effective method for the project management performance evaluation of the owner in the design stage of similar equipment theme park projects in H theme park,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for improving the project management performance of the owner in the design stage of such engineering design,which reflects the actual engineering guiding significance of the evaluation system.
