Today, when the drawbacks of pure pursuit of economic development are becoming more and more prominent, corporate social responsibility has become an international hot topic.Since the reform and opening up,the construction industry,as a pillar of the national economy, has been expanding in scale, and its influence on people’s production and life has been gradually expanding. However,at present, the lack of social responsibility of China’s construction enterprises still exists in large numbers, and various social contradictions caused by this are becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore,it is of great significance to clarify the connotation of social responsibility of construction enterprises and determine the evaluation indexes of social responsibility performance of construction enterprises,so as to improve the level of social responsibility fulfillment of construction enterprises in China, enhance the sustainable development ability of enterprises, promote the sustainable development of national economy and promote social progress. From the perspective of stakeholders, this paper analyzes the characteristics of construction enterprises from multiple perspectives and establishes a whole set of social responsibility performance evaluation system, expecting to play a certain reference for construction enterprises to better fulfill their social responsibility while obtaining economic benefits. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of social responsibility of construction enterprises and the problems that arise in its fulfillment, and then proposes the necessity of evaluating the social responsibility performance of construction enterprises. From the perspective of stakeholders, the evaluation of social responsibility performance of construction enterprises is divided into eight major stakeholders: employees, shareholders, creditors, suppliers, customers, government, environment and community, and a construction enterprise social responsibility performance evaluation index system containing 8 guideline level indicators and 22 program level indicators is designed. The hierarchical analysis method is used to assign weights to the indicators, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to construct the evaluation model of social responsibility performance of construction enterprises. This paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the China Railway Group enterprise as a case study, and obtains its overall social responsibility performance score through data calculation and qualitative analysis to prove that its overall performance of social responsibility is in the middle to upper level of the industry, and its social responsibility performance is of reference significance to companies in the same industry. In addition, some feasible suggestions are made to improve the social responsibility performance of the construction industry, taking into account the current status of CSR performance in China and the characteristics of the construction industry. |
