Construction And Application Of Social Responsibility Evaluation System For Construction Enterprises

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)pointed out that greening and low-carbon are the key links to achieve high-quality development.As the main force of national infrastructure construction,actively practicing the concept of social responsibility and achieving green and low-carbon development are the due meanings of construction enterprises.In recent years,under the advocacy of national policies,construction enterprises have actively responded to the concerns of stakeholders,continuously strengthened social responsibility management,and steadily improved the level of social responsibility performance.However,in practice,due to the lack of effective evaluation standards for social responsibility of construction enterprises,it is difficult for stakeholders to accurately measure the level of corporate social responsibility performance,which seriously hinders the "collaborative progress" between enterprises and stakeholders.Based on this,it is urgent to conduct a systematic study on the evaluation system of social responsibility of construction enterprises,and construct an evaluation index system that is consistent with the practice of social responsibility of construction enterprises.This will help relevant enterprises improve by comparing standards and promote the performance of social responsibility more targeted.Based on stakeholder theory and triple bottom line theory,using literature research,case study,and entropy weight TOPSIS comprehensive analysis,this paper takes the construction enterprise social responsibility evaluation system as the research object,comprehensively analyzes the status of the construction enterprise social responsibility performance and evaluation system,and refers to the social responsibility evaluation index system framework of the construction industry association and related third-party evaluation institutions,combining with the characteristics of the construction industry itself,The "diamond model" social responsibility evaluation index system has been constructed.Taking G Company(China Construction Corporation Limited,hereinafter referred to as CSCEC)as an example,using the constructed evaluation index system and entropy weight TOPSIS evaluation model,we evaluated its social responsibility performance from 2012 to 2021.We found that CSCEC’s overall social responsibility performance level is not high,and its social responsibility performance needs to be improved.Finally,we proposed suggestions on system application and methods for the evaluation of social responsibility of construction enterprises,The improvement measures for the evaluation results of Chinese architecture are proposed from the internal and external aspects.Based on stakeholder theory and triple bottom line theory,using literature research,case study,and entropy weight TOPSIS comprehensive analysis,this paper takes the construction enterprise social responsibility evaluation system as the research object,comprehensively analyzes the status of the construction enterprise social responsibility performance and evaluation system,and refers to the social responsibility evaluation index system framework of the construction industry association and related third-party evaluation institutions,combining with the characteristics of the construction industry itself,The "diamond model" social responsibility evaluation index system has been constructed.Taking G Company(China Construction Corporation,hereinafter referred to as CSCEC)as an example,using the constructed evaluation index system and entropy weight TOPSIS evaluation model,we evaluated its social responsibility performance from 2012 to 2021.We found that CSCEC’s overall social responsibility performance level is not high,and its social responsibility performance needs to be improved.Finally,we proposed improvement measures for CSCEC from the internal and external levels.
