| Since the beginning of the new century,the country’s port traffic has maintained highspeed double-digit growth for a long time,and in the second half of the 12 th five-year plan period,it has declined to single-digit growth.The new development state means that during the13 th Five-Year Plan(2016-2020),the state’s ports will continue to grow.Evolution has moved from a period of rapid development to a period of structural correction.During the 13 th fiveyear plan period,and the economic situation at home and abroad,was still complex and volatile,particularly trade friction between China and the United States in 2018 and the outbreak of new pneumonia at global ports in 2020.Although the impact was greater,the country’s coastal ports continued to grow.In difficult times,the production and operating structure is constantly regulated and improved,and port companies enjoy unique advantages,strong coordination and reflection capability.Therefore,in the new economic environment,it is necessary to prevent the blind expansion of the port,improve port operations,increase overall competitiveness and ensure the vigorous and endurable development of port logistics companies.Based on the geographical port range,this article examines ports with the highest flow of goods between the Bohai Rim Economic Zone,Yangtze River Delta ports,southeast coast ports,Pearl River Delta ports and southwest coast ports.The group as a search target.The port logistics performance assessment model is based on four dimensions of storage capacity,port facilities,level of informatics and development potential,and qualitative and quantitative analysis is performed using DEA and AHP.Based on the results of quantitative and qualitative analysis,identify the factors that limit the study of the port’s logistics activities.According to the current situation and port characteristics,along with the actual state of the port,we offer ways to improve the logistics of the port under investigation."Leading" outlets can improve the overall logistics performance of the high-quality port range.According to the research results,it is found that there are still problems of excessive input of resources and insufficient output in the development of ports in recent years: the renovation of infrastructure has occupied the original throughput capacity,the advance investment of informatization and huge research and development expenses have affected the development of port enterprises.Economic conditions,etc.,the above problems have led to the seemingly large scale of some ports but insufficient efficiency,which restricts the healthy development of port business.Therefore,this paper finally puts forward future development suggestions based on the performance calculation results and the actual development of the port. |
