With the continuous advancement of the national"belt and road"initiative and the proposal of the China Railway Express construction and development plan(2016-2020)[1],The development of China Railway Express is going all the way in both the international environment and domestic policies.In july 2020,the national development and Reform Commission issued funds within the central budget.The central European train hub node cities are in full swing to carry out the demonstration project construction of the China Railway Express assembly center.However,the five China Railway Express aggregation centers are not ideal in some benefits,while Yiwu(non gathering center)has fully played the advantages of the business service industry cluster.The advantages of the operation efficiency of China Railway Express are obvious,and many problems are exposed in the process,such as:the level of network nodes is unclear,the cognition and evaluation of overseas nodes is insufficient and the supply and demand relationship factors are not considered.The hub of cargo gathering and transfer is similar to the centralized center,and it is an important part of the China Railway Express logistics network in the form of nodes.Under the joint action of nodes and lines,the operation of the central European train will be more in line with the trend of economic and timeliness of the logistics network.This paper expounds the composition of China Railway Express logistics network and related concepts and structural system,analyzes the current situation based on the axis assisted network theory,and finds problems in combination with trade factors in order to find better solutions.Subsequently,based on the planned domestic and international China Railway Express nodes,the evaluation index system of international logistics development level is preliminarily established and the hub and spoke of China Railway Express logistics network are selected by using Delphi method analytic hierarchy process,factor analysis method and K-Means Cluster analysis method.Finally,the trade factors are introduced and analyzed quantitatively.The overall correlation degree between the central China Railway Express logistics network hub cities is considered from the two dimensions of trade and logistics,and a modified gravity model is constructed to calculate the central China Railway Express hub trade logistics network correlation index.Combined with the logistics membership function,the logistics membership degree of the axis spoke port cities is analyzed Arc GIS and Photoshop software are used to draw the geographic visualization network map,and finally forms the logistics network hub-spoke-port structure system of the eastern,central and Western channels of China Railway Express.This paper adds new variables to the gravity model,and analyzes the logistics factors of the network nodes of the central and China Railway Express more comprehensively,which is conducive to the construction of modern logistics nodes,and to form a reasonable and efficient hub-spoke-port structure system of the hub port of the China Railway Express logistics network. |
