Today’s digital transformation of my country’s rail transit vehicle manufacturing industry.The contradiction between information lag and production management has become a problem that enterprises cannot ignore.At present,the workshop management system mainly studies storage monitoring and production tool warehousing management.The vehicle positioning of the rail vehicle debugging workshop has not been studied yet.This paper designs a vehicle positioning system based on RFID in the debugging workshop to meet the needs of enterprises.First of all,this subject is based on the digital manufacturing project of a CRRC company to conduct research on indoor positioning technology.A system that uses handheld PDAs,UHF readers,anti-metal electronic tags,USR-W610 WIFI serial server for data collection and transmission,writes a background logic judgment program to locate the vehicle,and a Web interface to display the positioning results and data analysis system is proposed.Secondly,this article analyzes the layout of the debugging workshop,developing the installation layout plan for readers and electronic tags from the field operation and station distribution,which solves the problems of reader interference and data redundancy,and reduces engineering costs at the same time.Binding the electronic tag number and the vehicle number through the handheld PDA,and binding the reader address and the station number to effectively integrate on-site production factors into the industrial Internet of Things.It solves the island problem in the production process.Proposing a non-range positioning method based on the completion of the reader layout and number binding and this method is to design a logical judgment program in the background,Using the reader to make logical judgments on the reading sequence,reading status,and reading time of the vehicle number to determine the location of the vehicle.It solves the positioning problem of vehicles in fixed and non-fixed positions.Data such as vehicle status,vehicle location,and time of entering and leaving the factory are saved in the database in real time,which improves the problem of lagging information in the workshop.Finally,establish a B/S architecture Web project in the application service layer,and display the positioning results,vehicle numbers,production data,etc.in the form of web pages.It achieved the purpose of visualization of production supervision and promoted the digital and intelligent upgrade process of enterprises.This topic is the first batch of exploration and application in the positioning and supervision of rail vehicle debugging workshops in China,so it has greater practical and social value. |
