In recent years the application of RFID technology is hot, it has advantages on long distance reading, waterproof, antimagnetic, high temperature, and can be worked on two-way data transmission which is non-touch etc. Comparing to the other information identifying technology, it owes clear advantages in the industrial application.In this paper, we discussed the feasibility and advantages of the RFID technology used in multi-varieties and variable-volume parts production with the manufacturing execution systems,flow manufacturing and JIT model.We also studied the hardware and software architecture of such model,and designed the management system.For the multi-varieties and variable volume production,and manufactur needs to adjust and optimize the order’s need timely.This paper discussed and studied the production organization and scheduling of multi-varieties and variable volume parts manufacturing model that is just in time manufacturing using RFID.Analyzed the production of the order process, equipment manufacturing capacity, delivery, disturbance and other constraints in production scheduling of flow and timely manufacturing model.we Developed the overall control strategy implementation and made the multi-volume parts become part families using group technology and let them manufactured in time in the manufacturing execution system useing RFID as date transmission,and then used the improved genetic algorithm to constraine production scheduling optimization of multi-varieties and variable-volume parts to species-time production. By matching the coding information carried on the RFID tags and the real-time information to guide processing parts tray with parts running in the flow manufacturing line,to prompt the workpieces be transported to the corresponding equipment.At the same time,according to the processing position on the need for assembly processing to judge whether store the data for the need of subsequent selective assembly.Producted a scheduling manage system that include the characteristics and advantages of JIT,flow manufacturing and manufacturing execution system.In system,we used the static database to store basic information, the dynamic database to store dynamic scheduling information, making the data access more convenient and intuitive.The RFID technology improves the production efficiency of multi-varieties and variable volume parts manufacturing, makes an important role in JIT,optimizing scheduling,scheduling plans’ implementation, flow served on the production of accurate, the data of real-time processing and so on. |
