China’s filling industry has developed for more than 60 years,especially in recent years,the filling industry has risen rapidly,and even some filling machines have been exported overseas,but there is still a gap in filling with some special machines.In the aerospace field that my country has been vigorously developing in recent years,many private aerospace enterprises are also involved.However,due to economic and technical reasons,the fuel powder filling process still depends on manpower,and there are a series of problems such as low production efficiency,poor precision and low safety guarantee.To solve these problems,a solid fuel powder filling equipment is designed,which integrates product shell assembly,product powder filling and product packaging.Firstly,the composition of sleeve-type product shell and the related data of product size,weight and precision are analyzed,and the process flow is determined according to the functions of shell assembly,powder filling and product packaging to be realized by the equipment.Then,according to the process flow and the actual production environment,the overall structure layout is designed,and the structural design scheme of each device is determined.Finally,a three-dimensional model is established by using mechanical software,and the structure of each device is designed and analyzed.The main structure of filling equipment has three parts: shell assembly part,powder filling part and product packaging part.The shell assembly part consists of a bottom cover assembly device,an outer cylinder assembly device and a thin tube assembly device.Its main function is to assemble the bottom cover,outer cylinder and thin tube into a shell for containing solid fuel powder.Firstly,a three-dimensional structure model is designed and established,and then the driving components are selected and calculated.Finally,the rationality of the structure design is verified by simulation analysis.The structural design of powder filling part has certain requirements for filling accuracy.Firstly,it is the premise and guarantee of precision measurement to use segmented feeding method to increase the stability of precision measurement of powder.Then,select the appropriate metering method to accurately meter and blank the powder.Finally,through simulation analysis,the bearing capacity and natural frequency of the structure are analyzed,and the feasibility of the structure is verified.The main function of the product packaging part is to tightly package the filled products.Firstly,the T-frame structure is designed to support,and the three-degree-of-freedom manipulator structure is used to grasp and rotate the installation to improve the sealing efficiency and tightness.Secondly,the structural design is checked by modal and static analysis.Finally,through kinematic analysis,the reliability of the motion process is judged.
