The radio frequency identification technology is one of the most promising information technologies in the 21th century, therefore, it is very meaningful to do the research and development of RFID tag-package equipments. A RFID tag-package equipment includes five modules, they are web-conveyed module, testing module, dispensing module, flip-chip bonding module, and heat-press module. As a necessary part of the equipment, dispensing module's function is to provide the electric and supporting materials for the connection of chip and antenna. This article mainly states how to design and optimize the structure of dispensing module.Firstly, the design requirement of dispensing module is created according to the design figure of the equipment, and the time and route of dispensing process are mapped out on the basis of antenna's range mode on web. Then a structure which matches well with the equipment is worked out through the analysis.Secondly, the structure of the supporter is optimized by static analysis. To begin with the CAD model simplified, it sets up the finite element model and structural optimization model of the supporter. And an excellent structure is acquired after the key components optimized by DesignXplorer of ANSYS software.Thirdly, the dynamic analysis of the supporter is done. When the dispensing system bears a heavy dynamic load, the modal and harmonic response analysis methods are used together to analyze the supporter. Then the main components on frequency of the load are acquired through the Fourier Transform. And the shortcomings of the structure are found out after analysis, then it's improved. After tested, the new one can decrease the vibrancy of the dispensing system.Finally, the experiment of the dispensing system is done, and the result can achieve the design requirements which are proposed in this article.The method of structural optimization in the article could improve static and dynamic performance effectively, so it could guide the independent research of RFID tag-package equipments in the future.
