| Chain’s cold chain logistics transportation market has grown significantly over the past few years,resulting in a growing demand for containerized cold chain multimodal transportation.Container cold chain multimodal transportation has become the trend of cold chain transportation.Container cold chain multimodal transportation is a complex system with many uncertainties,including the transportation network structure,time,demand,etc.In designing the transport route,carriers should consider multiple aspects,such as the cost,time,and carbon emissions of multimodal transport.So,it is necessary to explore the way to find the best transport route for the carriers.Taking container cold chain multimodal transport as the research object,from the perspective of optimizing efficiency,this dissertation studies container cold chain multimodal transport routes with uncertainty.It would increase the quality of services and contribute to the intensive development of multimodal transportation.This dissertation constructs the optimization models with the transportation scenarios and uncertainties,respectively,single-factor and multi-factor uncertain scenarios are constructed.Which comprehensively considers the characteristics of the container cold chain multimodal transport route optimization problem,such as the transportation object,multimodal transport network,uncertainties.The accurate and heuristic solution method are designed,which applied and verified on the designed examples.The results could guide significance for the carrier’s transportation organization practice.The main content of this dissertation are presented as follows.(1)The analysis of container cold chain multimodal transport system and characteristics of the network.A multimodal container cold chain transportation system is analyzed from the perspective of its composition and functional elements,with particular emphasis on the uncertainty in the system from the perspectives of the network,time and demand.Based on the theory of complex networks,the node degree,network average degree,characteristic path length,node strength,aggregation coefficient,number of cores,etc.are selected to analyze the topological structure of the multimodal transport network.The analysis of the network structure and characteristics under the network node failure scenario are emphasized.(2)Modeling and optimization of the container cold chain multimodal routing problem with network structure uncertainty.Taking fruits and vegetables as transportation objects,considering the random failure of the network nodes scenario,a container cold chain multimodal routing optimization model is constructed.Which transformed into a mixed-integer optimization model by linearization technology.The hierarchical sequence method is applied on dealing with the multi-objective,the priority optimization goal is cost,then the time goal.Gurobi is used to solve the problem.The model and solution are verified by an example.Based on the results,the influence of the node failure on the multimodal route design is discussed,as well as the influence of different parameters on the cost of multimodal routes and carriers’ decision-making.(3)Modeling and optimization of the container cold chain multimodal routing problem with transit time uncertainty.Taking meat as transportation objects,considering the transit time uncertainty,a cost-time-carbon emission minimum container cold chain multimodal routing optimization model is constructed based on fuzzy programming.The multi-objective optimization model transformed into a bi-objective optimization(cost-time reliability)model by introducing a carbon tax.The bi-objective optimization model could be transformed into a single goal optimization by taking the time reliability into constraints.An ant colony algorithm is applied to solve the problem,where the initial solution set and the distribution of pheromone is designed to improve the solution strategy.The model and solution are verified by an example.Transit time is analyzed according to its sensitivity and the impact it has on intermodal route planning is mainly discussed.The decision-making results are then evaluated for different settings of other parameters.(4)Modeling and optimization of the container cold chain multimodal routing problem with demand uncertainty.Taking meat and vegetable as transportation objects,considering the demand uncertainty,a container cold chain multimodal bi-objective routing optimization model is constructed based on interval programming.What’s more,the bi-objective optimization model could be transformed into a single goal optimization by the standardized weighting method.A genetic algorithm is applied to solve the problem,where a novel multimodal transport coding method is designed to improve the solution strategy.The model and solution are verified by an example.Based on the results,transportation organization recommendations and the routing optimization method are provided to the multimodal transportation companies.(5)Modeling and optimization of the container cold chain multimodal routing problem with multi-factor uncertainties.Based on the analysis of the uncertain mechanism of multiple factors,considering network node failures,transit time,uncertain demand uncertainties,a container cold chain multimodal multi-objective routing optimization model is constructed based on fuzzy and interval programming.What’s more,the multi-objective optimization model could be transformed into a single goal optimization by the standardized weighting method.The example is designed on the background of Wuhan’s lockdown by COVID-19,where the transportation of fresh agricultural products is urgently needed.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.Based on the results,the operation management enlightenment of the container cold chain multimodal transportation is proposed.The study provides theoretical support and practical reference of the design and optimizes the container cold chain multimodal transportation route with uncertainties for carriers. |
