In recent years,with the rapid development of railway transportation in China,characteristics of passenger travel demand are diversified.The construction positioning of railway passenger stations has changed.Its waiting room carries a variety of functions and the design mostly adopts the centralized layout of collecting and distributing hall,waiting area,functional area,etc.Waiting is an important link for passengers to complete their travel after choosing the railway mode.The operation plan of waiting room is the key to affect experience of passengers in the waiting process and the efficiency of waiting room organization.At present,the optimization study on the operation plan of waiting room in railway passenger station mainly regards the waiting area as an independent unit for planning and the centralized waiting room cannot be analyzed.This paper presents a modeling method that uses the discrete description of waiting room in time and space.And choosing multi-objective optimization algorithm studies optimization of waiting room operation plan formulation in railway passenger station.The specific contents are as follows:First of all,this paper combs and expounds evolution and classification of waiting room function in the railway passenger station.The study analyzes advantages and disadvantages of different layout modes in railway passenger station waiting room Secondly,analyze the passenger flow characteristics and data of waiting room in railway passenger station and summarize influencing factors of passenger flow in waiting room.Thirdly,the study models the operation plan optimization of centralized waiting room.Describe the components of waiting room abstractly and design various constraints to ensure effectiveness of operation plan.From the two aspects of passenger terminal and station terminal,the study analyzes optimization objective of waiting room operation plan and comprehensively consideres the design of objective function.According to the proposed multi-objective optimization model,combined with NSGA-II algorithm,propose the solution idea of model.In order to verify effectiveness of the proposed model,Taking Dalian passenger station as an example and programming the algorithm by MATLAB software,compare optimization results with original operation plan.The results show that the scheme proposed in this paper can improve waiting experience of passengers.The scheme under the optimal solution set of the model can be used as a reference for formulatinon of actual operation plan.
