Evaluation Of Port-industry-city Integration Degree

As an important resource for urban economic development,the port plays an irreplaceable role in the adjustment of the industrial structure and the expansion of the industrial scale.At the same time,the development of the industry can provide a large number of cargo sources for the port,promote the expansion of the port scale and the improvement of the port function.,and the development of the city provides a guarantee for the development of the port.Therefore,the development of the port,industry and city affects and interacts with each other.The development of ports,industries and cities does not exist independently,and the integrated development is the inevitable trend of the three,and it is also an important strategic model for all port cities.At this stage,people are still at the theoretical level of "port-industry-city integration",mainly discussing "port-industry-city integration" unilaterally.Therefore,evaluating the degree of integration of port,industry and city plays a crucial role in the development of port,industry and city integration.This paper focuses on how to evaluate the degree of integration of port,industry and city,which is mainly reflected in the selection of evaluation indicators and the construction of evaluation models,and finally takes Dalian as an example to conduct empirical research.This paper firstly consults a large number of relevant literatures on the evaluation of the degree of integration of port industry and city,and summarizes the existing research results.The selection of indicators and the construction of evaluation models are compared and analyzed,and then the relevant theories are introduced according to the needs of subsequent research.The construction of the evaluation index system of the degree of integration of port,industry and city,and the evaluation model and method of the degree of integration of port,industry and city are the core content of this paper.When selecting the evaluation indicators,firstly,the internal integration mechanism of the port industry and city was sorted out,so that the selected indicators could better represent each subsystem,and then combined with the principle of index selection,the index system for evaluating the degree of integration of port industry and city was determined.The integration degree evaluation model mainly reflects the degree of integration between the port industry and the city through three aspects: the degree of association,the level of integration development and the integration interaction.The interaction is represented by the degree of coupling and coordination,which is synthesized into a fusion degree model after analyzing the evaluation indicators through the three models.Finally,the article takes Dalian as an example to conduct empirical analysis,firstly summarizes the development status of Dalian’s port industry and city,and analyzes Dalian’s port industry in the past ten years by using the evaluation index system in Chapter 3 and the evaluation model in Chapter 4.The degree of integration of industry and city is analyzed,and then the evaluation results are analyzed.
