With the shortage of oil resources, environmental pollution and greenhouse gas emissions becoming more and more prominent, the new energy vehicles dominated by pure electric vehicles have the advantages of low pollution and low energy consumption, which have gradually attracted the attention of all countries in the world. Many countries, including China, have begun to give strong support to pure electric vehicles in many aspects such as technology, vehicle purchase subsidies and industrial development. At the same time, with the increasing of EV’s coverage, there are obvious differences between EV and traditional fuel vehicles in economy and power, and users’ complaints about energy consumption and driving range are also increasing, especially the change of environment temperature will affect its energy consumption. Therefore, the influence of high and low temperature environment on the energy consumption of pure electric vehicles is studied, and the temperature energy consumption curve is obtained. This paper collects the actual driving data of eight pure electric operation vehicles on a platform in Tianjin for eight months, with the temperature covering – 5 ℃ ~ 35 ℃,and focuses on the energy consumption performance of different driving scenes at high, normal and low temperatures. The main work of this paper is as follows:The real travel data is preprocessed and divided into short travel segments, then the short travel segments are divided into motion segments and idle segments, and different feature parameters and distribution parameters are defined. The temperature is divided according to the actual ambient temperature, and the research shows that the driving conditions will not change with the temperature.Through the method of maximum information coefficient, the paper clarifies that the average speed is the most important characteristic parameter that affects the 100 km energy consumption of pure electric vehicles, and probes into the functional relationship between speed and energy consumption;meanwhile, studies the influence of driving resistance on the energy consumption in different speed ranges;and quantitatively analyzes the change of energy consumption of on-off air conditioners under high and low temperature environment, and quantitatively analyze the energy consumption change of switching air conditioners in high and low temperature environments, and explore the influence of temperature factors on the internal resistance of power batteries.According to the function relationship between speed and energy consumption,it shows that the change of driving conditions will seriously affect the energy consumption of EV.So the driving conditions are divided into low speed, general and fast ones by t-SNE and FCM algorithm. The GRA algorithm is used to select the data of three kinds of working conditions according to the time proportion, and finally a driving condition of Tianjin pure electric passenger car is constructed.MAPE test and K-S test are used to test the characteristic parameters and interval parameters. The results show that the CLTC-P condition is still quite different from that of Tianjin. The results show that the deviation between the test results and the actual results is only3.10%,and it is verified that the change of driving conditions will lead to a great change of energy consumption.
