As an effective measures for energy conservation and atmospheric haze management,the new energy vehicle(NEV)has attracted attention from all fields all over the world,becoming one of the directions for the automotive industry and one of China’s strategic emerging industries as well.The assessment and prediction of the electric vehicles’(EV)energy consumption is beneficial in alleviating the consumer’s range anxiety,optimizing the design and manufacturing process and saving energy in transportation.The energy consumption of an electric vehicle is affected by the road traffic environment,the parameters of the vehicle and the driving behavior.So it’s practical and promotable to analysis energy consumption based on driving behavior.Based on that background,this article mainly studies the energy consumption analysis method for pure electric vehicles(PEV)based on the driving behavior.By analyzing the impact of driving behavior on the energy consumption,energy consumption models is established and analyzed to discover and suggest energy-saving driving behaviors.Firstly,the research data was obtained through the Beijing New Energy Vehicle Monitoring Platform.The interpolation methods were used to process the outliers and missing data.A set of judgment rules was formulated to judge the missing driving state,and the additionally needed data was calculated in accordance with the definition.Secondly,based on instantaneous and fragmented data,the correlation between driving behavior and energy consumption for pure electric vehicles were qualitatively analyzed under different driving speeds,driving conditions,and combinations of both.Thirdly,based on the previous qualitative results,a mathematical analysis was deduced to find the approximate linear relationship between energy consumption and positive and negative kinetic energy,which is generated by acceleration an deceleration behaviors during the link-level’s driving profile.A regression model is established to give energy-saving driving advice;Finally,parameters affecting energy consumption were discovered and analyzed to extract simple and intuitive understandable driving events.Based on the driving events frequency,a regression model was established to predict the average daily energy consumption of the PEV.Based on the model,energy-saving driving advice were given.From the microscopic to the macroscopic level,the driving behaviors’ impact on the instantaneous,segmented and daily energy consumption were all analyzed.Energy consumption analysis model based on acceleration and deceleration behaviors and driving events is proposed.The result is significant in practical application,which has positive affection on the energy consumption evaluation and the energy-saving driving’s promotion for electric vehicles.
