| The liquid-ring pump is a fluid machine used to pump or compress gas and has the advantages of compact structure,without metal surface contact and small temperature rise.Widely used in chemical industry,coal mining,papermaking,pharmaceutical industries.In recent years,with the rapid increase of industrial gas consumption,the pumping capacity of the existing liquid ring pump can no longer meet the needs of industrial production,and it is urgent to develop a liquid ring vacuum pump with a large pumping capacity.As the R&D engineer of the large liquid ring vacuum pump 2BEC-100,the main research and development work carried out is as follows:(1)Determination and calculation of key parameters of super capacity liquid-ring vacuum pump.According to the working requirements and technical parameters of the super capacity liquid ring vacuum pump,its main parameters are determined,such as the maximum radius R of the impeller,the hub-blade ratio v of the impeller,the eccentricity e,the number of blades Z,the width of the impeller B,the inclination angle of the blade θ,the impeller immersion in height h and son on.The parameters such as impeller circumferential velocity ωr2,impeller effective radius r2,impeller width b,blade number n,eccentricity e and other parameters were calculated and checked,and the structural of suction and exhaust ports of liquid ring pump were designed.(2)The main components such as pump shaft and pump body of the large liquid ring vacuum pump were analyzed and checked,and finite element analysis was carried out.(3)The flow field distribution in the liquid ring pump is numerically simulated by using the CFD-Fluent software,and the diameter of the liquid ring pump is analyzed.The parameters such as radial clearance and number of blades are optimized,and the optimal parameter combination of radial clearance and number of blades is obtained.Comparing the suction capacity of the liquid ring pump before and after optimization,it is found that the suction capacity of the liquid ring pump is increased by nearly 7%,which improves the vacuum suction capacity of the liquid ring pump.(4)The assembly and performance test of the super capacity liquid-ring vacuum pump was carried out.The main components such as impeller,pump cover,rotor,pump body,chamber,and bearing are assembled.By adjusting the clearance between the impeller and the pump body,the pumping capacity of the vacuum pump is improved;the performance test equipment of the liquid ring pump is used.Its performance has been tested and analyzed.The maximum pumping capacity of the pump can reach 990m3/min,and the vacuum degree can be 160 h Pa,which meets the technical performance requirements of customers. |
