Water vapor jet pump,of which steam as a system of working medium,has strong pumping capacity,which with simple structure,no mechanical movement and less pollution.As the result,it is widely used in many fields and a variety of industrial applications.With the increase of industrial demand for vacuum pump recently,vacuum pump although has a faster development.So,reducing energy consumption to promote the development of steam jet pump and to carry out the green environmental protection production plays an important role.Considering from the engineering application,the way of numerical simulation is relatively time-consuming,by means of mathematical model to realize saving energy and reducing consumption has a great practical application value.In this paper,from the viewpoint of energy saving,based on the experimental data,curved three-dimensional surface fitting through the MATLAB,optimized of single stage steam jet pump suction model and lay the foundation for multistage pump optimization design.By reasonable distribution of multistage pump at all levels in the steam jet pump compression ratio,reduce the system energy consumption and program calculation results.Liquid ring vacuum pump to replace the last steam jet pump,which can further reduce energy consumption,and compared and analyzed the results of three kinds of vacuum systems.The main work is as follows:1)Analysis of the classic steam extraction pump suction model and error analysis,obtained the Austrian Fangfu calculation model and the experimental data has a good consistency,which average at 14.3%,when the expansion ratio is less than 200,the fluctuation is large,and the calculation error is smaller when the expansion ratio is greater than or equal to 200.While B<200 is a highly efficient and stable working area of the laboratory bench used in the laboratory.Therefore,the experimental results are used to improve the classic extraction model.Compare the experimental data and use MATLAB software to fit the regression formula,after the fitting effect reaches 99.5%,a set of piecewise function is obtained,that is an improved version of the extraction model.2)By reasonably distributing the compression ratio,the multi-stage steam jet pump system is optimized.Establish optimal design and mathematical planning thought,compression level using other emissivity coefficient method,injection level using the direct search method,the entire jet pump system using direct search method,the objective function is to establish the minimum value of working steam consumption,draw the calculation results through MATLAB software programming.Compared with the actual technical parameters,we can get:When the working steam pressure is 5730Pa and the degree of vacuum is 0.98MPa,the energy-saving ratio of working steam consumption and condensate consumption is about 32%.3)Liquid ring pump with a small compression temperature,low energy consumption,more safe and reliable operation of the features,therefore,liquid ring pump instead of the last stage steam jet pump,water vapor jet pump + liquid ring vacuum pump unit,to save energy and improve system stability.The calculation results show that the modified system can reduce the energy consumption 3934MJ/h and the optimized system can reduce the energy consumption 2118MJ/h.After the transformation of the system 1 year to reduce the cost of 1256900 yuan;1 year system optimization to reduce the cost of 712960 yuan.Industrial vacuum system,according to the use of life to choose a reasonable energy-saving solutions.
