Liquid ring vacuum pump system is widely utilized in industries such as petrochemical,metallurgy,electric power,mines,light industry,food and medicine.Nowadays domesticated liquid ring vacuum pump system mainly faces the problems of low efficiency and low vacuum degree of inhale gas.So this passage developed the research of liquid ring vacuum pump system.Based on amounts of performance experiments about liquid ring vacuum pump,theory analysis and simulation calculation,we study the affinity law of liquid ring vacuum pump,as well as the pipeline system and jet pump's influence on the performance of the liquid ring vacuum pump system.Moreover,we study the adjusting function of pumps' series-parallel connection towards the vacuum system.The specific jobs are displayed as follow:(1)Experiments of liquid ring vacuum pump system and exploration of affinity lawWe constructed experimental platform of liquid ring vacuum pump system and do the performance test,obtaining many relationships between inhale gas,shaft power,efficiency and inhale pressure for 2BE1 series of liquid ring vacuum pumps at various revolving speed.Those provide the experimental support for exploring the affinity law of liquid ring vacuum pump,mainly the relationship between flow ratio,shaft power ratio and pump size,revolving speed respectively.The principle of changing revolving speed and pump size to adjust the performance of the vacuum system was obtained in this way.(2)The combination performance of liquid ring vacuum pump and pipeline systemBased on the vacuum system model constructed by Flowmaster and the connection between Flowmaster and Excel,we realize the batch computing of liquid ring vacuum pump system.They mainly include the batch modifications of parameters such as the pipeline length and diameter,the pressure of inhale gas,the opening of valve,the curvature radius and angle of elbow.We obtain these parameters' influence on the performance of liquid ring vacuum pump system,supporting the model selection of the equipment in the pipeline system.(3)The influence of jet pump on the inhale performance of liquid ring vacuum pumpBased on the experiments,we analyze the changes of inhale vacuum degree,inhale gas and efficiency when the jet pump is added to the liquid ring vacuum pump system.This provides a solution to the serious cavitation of liquid ring vacuum pump in the vacuum system.(4)The adjusting function of series-parallel connection of liquid ring vacuum pumptowards vacuum system's performanceAnalyzing the influence on inhale gas and pressurizing caused by the series and parallel connection of liquid ring vacuum pump,we utilize the outcomes of Flowmaster simulation to talk about the effect of liquid ring vacuum pumps' series-parallel connection.
