| Under the background of global warming and the depletion of fossil energy,the development of renewable energy has become the consensus of development of all countries in the world.Photovoltaic power generation has become the fastest growing power supply method in the world by virtue of its abundant resources,cleanliness and pollution-free,simple system,low site requirements,high space utilization rate,short construction period and quick effect.According to the International Energy Agency(IEA),the cumulative installed capacity of photovoltaics will increase to 1,721 GW in 2030 and 4,670 GW in 2050.After more than 20 years of development,China’s photovoltaic industry has become a rare strategic emerging industry in my country that has formed an international competitive advantage,achieved end-to-end independent control,and is expected to take the lead in becoming a model of high-quality development.Human resources are the cornerstone of industrial scale construction and the core competitiveness of industrial development.Industrial expansion is accompanied by a large demand for human resources.Based on the background of China’s photovoltaic industry,this thesis analyzes and forecasts the demand for human resources in China’s photovoltaic industry from 2022 to 2030.Based on the analysis of human resource prediction and relevant research results of photovoltaic industry,we can see that human resource prediction has been fully studied in terms of prediction methods,comparative analysis of prediction methods and comprehensive application analysis,which provides important guidance for the establishment of indicators and selection of prediction methods in this thesis.Existing human resource demand forecasting research mostly focuses on the overall human resource demand and health,finance and other fields.As an important development industry in the new energy era,the photovoltaic industry is relatively low in human resource research and lacks empirical data.In the research of this thesis,the concepts of photovoltaic industry and human resource demand forecasting are firstly explained,and the human resource forecasting theory,the role of industrial human resource forecasting and the grey system theory involved in this thesis are elaborated,which forms the theoretical basis for the follow-up research of this thesis.It also studies the development history of China’s photovoltaic industry,the current situation of the industry,and the current situation of human resources demand,and points out the current problems of human resources in China’s photovoltaic industry.By sorting out the human resource demand data of China’s photovoltaic industry,based on the characteristics of the human resource data of the photovoltaic industry,the grey model was selected as the prediction model,and the prediction accuracy of GM(1,1)model was compared and verified.The total amount of human resource demand of the photovoltaic industry in 2022-2030 was predicted,and the human resource demand at all levels of the photovoltaic industry in2022-2030 was predicted based on GM(1,1)model in combination with the employee structure data of 14 listed photovoltaic enterprises.Finally,for meeting the requirements for the quantity and quality of human resources for the development needs of the photovoltaic industry,and based on the forecast results of human resources demand in China’s photovoltaic industry and the development of the industry,the thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the management of human resources demand in photovoltaic industry from the perspectives of human resources training in industrial universities and enterprises,introduction of external talents in the industry,standardizing industrial development and strengthening of human resources management level in enterprises. |
