The manufacturing industry is undergoing large-scale transformation,and there are still production problems such as low production efficiency and insufficient production capacity in the manufacturing industry.Using advanced technology and tools to improve production and optimize production capacity has become an important research content in the process of enterprise development.As an electronic product manufacturer,A Company actively explores new management methods on the basis of the existing production methods to meet the needs of customers for rapid response.For manufacturing workshop manual assembly and cause of the workers work efficiency is low,the worker labor intensity big,occupational risks such as production problems,at present,the domestic and foreign research the problems of the workshop manual work efficiency increase of literature is not rich,the existing research focuses on using fully automatic production line to replace manual work,the improved scheme can improve the efficiency,but also with the improvement of high cost,large,poor workers to adapt to,high maintenance cost,a series of problems.Therefore,this study from the perspective of action to improve and equipment design,provides workshop manual workers for application of a new mode of operation.Improve the working action and station layout optimization is presented in this paper the research based on the binocular vision to "screen with epoxy resin glass laminating process,design a kind of new tooling based on operation improvement and location layout optimization,further,to improve the new tooling design,improve the applicability of the new tooling and flexibility,and through the test before and after improvement the performance of the new tooling.Through empirical analysis,the results show that the production efficiency of "screen and two-in-one glass laminating" process is improved by 43.9% after action analysis and optimization of station layout.Furthermore,the new tooling is used for production on this basis,and the production efficiency is increased by about 50.5% compared with that before improvement.Further,on the basis of the improvement of motion analysis and station layout optimization,the new tooling was redesigned and improved,and the improved production efficiency was about 57% higher than that before the improvement.At the same time,the results showed that the local fatigue of manual operators was the lowest in the trapezius muscle and brachioradialis muscle by using the improved new tool on the basis of motion analysis and station layout optimization.Through empirical analysis and scientific evaluation,it is proved that the new tooling can improve the fitting precision,reduce the bad posture,shorten the working time,improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of the workers when applied to the manual assembly of the workshop.The results of this study provide relevant experience and reference for manual production enterprises to improve production efficiency. |
