Research On The Development Path Of Huijiang Company's "specialization, Precision, Specialization And Innovation

In the process of pursuing high-quality economic development,small and medium-sized micro-machinery manufacturing enterprises are an important support for the industrial chain.How to give full play to their role of strong chain replenishment in the future development needs to embark on a development path of ’ specialization and innovation ’.As a liquor equipment manufacturing enterprise,Huijiang Company also needs to explore its own way of " specialization and innovation." Based on the classical theories such as core competition theory,this paper deeply investigates the current situation of the operation and development of Huijiang Company,analyzes the existing problems and causes of the current enterprise operation and development,and puts forward the path suggestions and related safeguard measures of ’ specialization and innovation ’.As follows :(1)The problems existing in the development of ’ specialization and innovation ’ of Huijiang Company : First,the growth rate of the main business is slow;second,the lack of fine management ability;third,the level of characterization is not prominent;fourth,the innovation ability is insufficient.(2)Formulation of the development path of Huijiang Company ’s " special and special new " :First,focus on the main business to enhance the professional ability;second,optimize management to enhance the ability of refinement;the third is to develop unique advantages and improve characteristic ability;fourth,focus on innovation investment to improve innovation ability.(3)Safeguard measures for the path: First,establish an efficient and reasonable organizational structure;the second is to build a sound and standardized system;the third is to build an excellent talent team;fourth,multi-channel funding guarantee;fifth,internal strong outreach to achieve enterprise technical support.This study has guiding significance for Huijiang Company in the expansion of the main business of liquor equipment market,the construction of management level,the excavation of characteristics and the improvement of technology.At the same time,it also provides reference for the development of ’ specialization and innovation ’ of similar enterprises engaged in liquor equipment and small and medium-sized micro-manufacturing enterprises.
