On July 29,2022,the National Development and Reform Commission issued the Guiding Opinions of the National Development and Reform Commission and other Departments on Promoting Brand Building in the New Era,which mentioned "strengthening and improving the service brand" in the layout of brand building.It can be seen that the importance of the brand has begun to be valued by the country and enterprises.As an important hub of public transportation,the department of GY Longdongbao International Airport should against the siphon effect of the surrounding airports and the drainage impact of high-speed railway.How GY Longdongbao International Airport can break through under heavy pressure,the role of the airport service brand of "Beautiful Airport" is particularly important.This paper mainly studies the development of airport service brand,deeply excavates the needs of passengers,and uses the CBBE brand building model,planning the future construction path of GY Longdongbao International Airport service brand,which is of great significance to the development of GD Longdongbao International Airport service brand construction.This paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign theoretical research on brand management,and analyzes the domestic and foreign excellent airport service brand construction and the service brand,expounds the excellent service brand for the airport brings considerable benefits,learn excellent airport service brand management experience can be used for reference.Then,analyze the current situation of service brand construction of GY Longdong Fort International Airport,combined with the analysis of airport passenger demand in KANO model,find the problems of service brand construction from the perspective of supply and demand relationship;finally,propose the optimization of future service brand management path using CBBE model.For GY dragon hole fort international airport,the service brand management will help the airport in the outbreak era catch consumer attention,attract passengers and non-passenger groups choose airport consumption,through the airport extension service surface,broaden the scope of service,to provide consumers with more quality service,help the airport to obtain considerable benefits and improve the social influence of the airport. |
