| With the acceleration of global urbanization,public health problems follow.The alie nation between people and the green environment,the pressure of work and life brought by urban life,endless environmental pollution and infectious diseases are gradually threat ening public health.Based on the current situation of university campus development in China,combined with the focus of university construction in developed countries in Europe and the United States at the present stage,this paper considers the current situation of domestic campus environment,health concept,design trend of restorative environment,physical and mental stress consumption of college students,and finds that there are few theoretical research and design practices in the restorative environment of Chinese university campus space.Therefore,this paper aims to explore the application of environmental restoration theory in the campus green space of colleges and universities in Guiyang.Taking college students as the research object,this paper focuses on the restoration status of college campus green space in Guiyang through field research,questionnaire survey and laboratory research methods,and explores the restorative effect of campus green space on college students.In order to provide useful reference for theoretical research,design practice and social and economic development of restorative environment of campus green space in the future,the practical effects on physical and mental health of college students are further verified.The results are as follows:Through the investigation of green space of colleges and universities in Guiyang and interviews with college students,it is known that college students are generally in a state of stress or attention dissipation and are in urgent need of physical and mental recovery.It is found that college students generally recognize the restorative effect of campus green space,but the utilization rate of green space is low,which fails to achieve good restoration effect.Moreover,the available restorative space in the current situation of campus green space in various universities is insufficient,and the space quality still needs to be improved.The analysis results of the subjects’ physiological indicators indicate that,The blood pressure,pulse,blood oxygen saturation,the Delta wave,Theta,Alpha 1 wave,Alpha 2wave,wave eta 1 Β Β eta 2 1,Gamma 2 wave wave,Gamma,concentration and relaxation degree index test before and after the test of wilcoxon test data.In terms of physiological indicators of brain waves,there were gender differences in the brain signals of Theta wave,Alpha2 wave,Gamma1 wave and Gamma2 in the understory,lawn,plant community,terrain and square space.The effect of the above landscape space on the mental health of female college students is significantly higher than that of male students,that is,female subjects are more likely to obtain relaxation,meditation,and release the environment of depression and tension.Therefore,the promotion effect of the above landscape space on the mental health of female college students is significantly higher than that of male.The analysis results of the subjects’ psychological indicators showed that the psychological scales such as anxiety state analysis(STAI anxiety State Scale),green space perception dimension analysis(PSD),space beauty evaluation analysis(SBE),campus green space restorative environment evaluation(PRS)were analyzed.There are significant differences between the data before and after viewing the scene pictures of each psychological index,indicating that the emotional fluctuations of college students are closely related to the scene pictures.by contrast,found in campus green Space,the respondents perception of Space sex(Space),the highest level Then they were Serene,Nature,Rich in species,Prospect,Refuge and Social.The arithmetic average of these features shows that the properties of these Spaces make them a major component of human perception.On the other hand,the perception of Culture is very limited.by comparing the different types of campus space restorative ability,comparing the difference between the different types of space recovery,after the subjects saw photos of PRS are calculated and scoring,the results showed that the score of 8 types of space of the restorative difference is very significant,and there is a difference of different space type environment recovery ability,comprehensive comparison,Waterfront,terrain and lawn space have the strongest resilience,while structures,open forest and grass land,plant communities and underforest space have no significant difference in resilience.The resilience of square space is relatively poor in comprehensive comparison.Finally,according to the above experimental research results,conclusions and interviews with college students,more scientific and effective optimization suggestions for the construction of restorative environment of campus landscape are put forward,and optimization suggestions for the restorative environment in line with the status quo of green space of colleges and universities in Guiyang are formulated.At the same time,reliable and solid theoretical basis is provided for the construction of a healthy and sustainable restorative environment of campus. |
