The high logistics cost caused by logistics uncertainty has become one of the main reasons hindering the development of the prefabricated construction supply chain.Once the prefabricated components cannot be delivered by JIT due to logistics uncertainty during transportation,On-site construction will be forced to stop or wait, causing the time and money saved by using prefabricated buildings to disappear due to the uncertain logistics process.Because the buffer space hedging strategy(BSH strategy)has the advantages of reducing the double processing cost caused by uncertainty, ensuring the construction period, and avoiding the penalty cost due to the delay of the construction period,it can effectively solve such problems. However, the cost of implementing the BSH strategy is mainly borne by the logistics supplier, but the benefits brought by it are more obtained by the project contractor in the supply chain. The conflict of interest caused by the misalignment of responsibility and rights can easily make the two parties fall into a zero-sum game.Difficulties have led to insufficient motivation for cooperation among logistics suppliers. Therefore, how to coordinate the implementation of the BSH strategy has become a problem worthy of research in academia.Existing studies are mostly carried out under a single coordination contract with the project contractor as the leader, and it is assumed that the demand for prefabricated components in the entire construction period is a fixed value. However, with the rapid development of logistics enterprises, the two-tier supply of the BSH strategy is implemented In the chain, the dominance may change, and the implementation of the BSH strategy may also shorten the construction period, increase the demand for prefabricated components in a single cycle, and coordinate multiple contracts(revenue sharing, cost sharing)when reconciling conflicts of interest It can have a coordination effect. Therefore, whether the revenue-sharing contract and the cost-sharing contract play the same effect under different power structures is worthy of further study. In view of this, this article starts from a two-tier supply chain composed of project contractors and logistics providers. The thesis provides guidance for the targeted selection of coordination contracts under different power structures to encourage logistics providers to adopt buffer space hedging strategies. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The study found that after the introduction of revenue sharing and cost sharing contracts, both contracts can increase the implementation effect of the BSH strategy.(2)The enthusiasm of logistics suppliers to implement the BSH strategy decreases with the increase in the revenue sharing coefficient reserved by the project contractor and the cost sharing coefficient of logistics suppliers.(3)The amount of buffer space B is inversely proportional to the logistics provider’s BSH strategy effort coefficient k and the price to demand elasticity coefficient b,and is directly proportional to the implementation of the BSH strategy input demand elasticity coefficient θ.(4)Under the leadership of logistics providers, when the sharing coefficient and the cost sharing coefficient ratio are the same, the incentive effect of the cost sharing contract is better, but the incentive effect decreases with the increase of the cost sharing coefficient λ;when evenly matched, the sharing coefficient When the ratio of the cost-sharing coefficient is the same, the cost-sharing contract has a better incentive effect;under the leadership of the project contractor, under certain conditions, both contracts can stimulate logistics suppliers to implement the BSH strategy.(5)The enthusiasm of logistics suppliers to implement BSH strategy is closely related to the power allocation mode of the supply chain. This study not only proves the effectiveness of the two types of contracts to motivate BSH strategies under different power structures, but also provides guidance on how to choose contracts to motivate BSH strategies under different power structures. In practice, this article can provide useful guidance and reference for leaders under different rights structures before the partners sign contracts,in order to better implement BSH strategies to alleviate logistics uncertainty. |
