Automobile door lock is an important accessory of car body,its performance is directly related to the property safety of the owner and the safety of the car running.To prevent the driver left the key in the car specially designed a new type of automatic car door lock control circuit,using digital gate circuit design of the automobile door lock control circuit,door lock control circuit the working process of all kinds of cars,combinational logic gate circuit of automotive digital integrated circuit applications,a combination of several commonly used basic gate circuit and the digital circuit,the switch the input signal of automobile door lock control.In this paper,access to a large number of related documents at home and abroad,according to the working principle of a lock mechanism,combined with the key technology of control system,from product design and development,the wear reliability,structure reliability,finite element analysis,in-depth study of failure analysis,dynamic analysis,assembly and motion simulation aspects,mainly completed the following aspects.(1)The related theory and method.The motion control system of chain structure through multiple components of the automobile door lock,car lock system of work principle,automobile door lock rigorous design part of the whole structure,put forward the general method of system reliability analysis and evaluation of the wear mechanism of automobile door locks.(2)The control circuit design of a new type of automatic car door lock.The successful application of the Catia software and the motion simulation of the realization of the scheduled function,determine the main failure form and an important component model,the establishment of automobile door lock system fault tree,failure mode effect analysis method,the interference between the agencies of the system,the 3D model of motion system of car door lock assembly simulation and 3D modeling.(3)The analysis of a new type of automatic car lock reliability.Using Catia software for finite element analysis of typical operating conditions of the system of car door lock locking and locking,with wear failure probability is calculated between the failure parts wear coefficient,draw the vehicle door lock mechanism,establish the mathematical model of reliability and wear lock mechanism,analysis and evaluation of the door lock mechanism for locking and unlocking at different times,the finite element analysis of the ratchet wheel locking mechanism in reliability and sensitivity.
