Research On Competency Factors And Evaluation Models Of Transport Aviation Pilots

During the flight,the pilots are the key link to ensure flight safety,improve the quality of flight service,and maintain the efficient and stable operation of the aircraft.Once an abnormal situation occurs,the pilots and crew members respond quickly and make correct disposals,which are the key factors in reducing accidents and losses.At this stage,especially in the era of the epidemic,the people’s expectations for efficient flights and good services are even stronger.However,in the current civil aviation flight,unsafe accidents due to human reasons occur from time to time.The contradiction between the rapid development of the industry and the lack of resource guarantee capabilities become increasingly prominent,and the impact of extreme weather on flight regularity continue to increase.These reasons make external competition more intense,and the problem of passenger demand for efficient flights not matching the service status quo still exists.In order to reduce the operational risk of transport aviation routes and improve airline service satisfaction,it is necessary to appoint transport aviation pilots with excellent job competencies.Therefore,the thesis comprehensively explored the components of pilot competency,and constructed an evaluation model for transport aviation pilots’ competency,which provides a basis for selecting and training pilots,comprehensively improves the level of pilots’ competency in transport aviation,and promotes the development of the aviation industry.In order to evaluate the competency of transport aviation pilots more accurately and select pilots with excellent competency,this thesis conducted a detailed induction and sorting of the competency factors through grounded theory,and finally determined the dimensions of the competency factor of transport aviation pilots,including 3dimensions of competence,core competencies,psychological competence,and work style competence,as well as 28 secondary competence factors,such as problem-solving ability,navigation system knowledge,emergency handling ability,and trust-building ability,etc.And compared with the factors obtained by the system work analysis method,the final competency characteristic structure model is obtained.The influence weight of the competency factor of transport aviation pilots on the competency was obtained by using the G1 method.Among them,the core competency is the most important in the evaluation of the competency of the transport aviation pilots,and the risk identification ability is the most important in the evaluation of the core competency.Based on the cloud model,a competency evaluation model for transport aviation pilots is established,and it was used to comprehensively evaluate the competency of a representative pilot.And compared with the actual work performance,it is verified that the evaluation model is reasonable.Finally,the application measures of the model is proposed.The innovation of this thesis is to use grounded theory to identify the competency factors,and compare it with the factor obtained by the systematic work analysis method to construct the final characteristic model.A cloud model-based transport aviation pilot competency assessment model is established,and application examples and application measures are put forward according to the model.
